lessons

I teach with passion both beginners and advanced students: those who seriously aim for a musical career and those who seek music as a support for their other pursuits.

My violin school is based on the violin and bow technique of the Hungarian violinist CARL FLESCH and the Russian sound-oriented school in the tradition of pedagogue Leopold Auer.

For young beginners, I use the Suzuki method, with which I myself started playing the violin at the age of 3.

The result is rapid and high-quality progress in a short time, giving students full freedom to express themselves artistically.

In addition, I incorporate my pedagogical experience gained at Parsons School for Design. My teaching is individually tailored to each student’s personality and brings out their unique qualities.

Dear Saskia, Even though I only had lessons with you for a short time, you taught me so much! Before, I would have never dared: I organized a charity concert for Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and put together the program myself! I wasn’t that brave and diligent, but you really motivated me. I just wanted to share this little story with you 😉 Best wishes,

Amelie

Viktoria has reached the excellent level she has thanks to you. Thank you very much for the great lessons.

Dear Saskia, I would like to sincerely thank you for your violin lessons. Through the lessons with you, I was able to improve not only my playing technique and practice methods but above all develop my musical understanding and artistic sensitivity. This is the true value – that you guided me beyond mere craftsmanship and allowed me to reach an almost philosophical level of music perception. For this, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and look forward to continuing to make music with you. Kind regards

Cai
