Saskia’s work has all the complexity of contemporary life in a blurry glance, rather than the resolved imagery of most contemporary conceptual photography. It’s more Anselm Kiefer than Jeff Koons. The thing is it may be rough but it IS how we experience the world, wheter we pay attention to it or not .
